2018 F150 Oil Reset Missing

Hi All! My oil life reset and minder have disappeared from my truck. I have checked the manual and watched YouTube videos to confirm I am not missing something, and it should be under settings-advanced settings-vehicle-oil life reset, but it’s not there. The available options on the screen are auto engine off, lighting, locks, alarm, remote start, wiper controls, and then it loops back to auto engine off.

I have made the following modifications in ForScan: added factory LED headlights, added a heated steering wheel, disabled auto start/stop, enabled global windows open/close, turned off the seat belt minder for passenger/driver, disabled fake engine noise, added heated/cooled seats and steering wheel icons on the display, and set the panic alarm to double push on the key fob. I’m not sure if one of these mods caused the issue.

I’m sorry for the long explanation, but I wanted to avoid suggestions to look in the manual. I feel like if I can install factory LED headlights and heated steering wheels, I should be able to find a setting on the truck.

So, my questions are: where did the oil life reset and oil minder go? Can someone provide the ForScan info so I can double-check the settings or see if one of my mods changed the address/settings? Thanks in advance!

That’s odd. Yes, the option should be found under advanced settings, then vehicle options.

I am wondering if I might have accidentally changed a setting while doing my Forscan mods. I reviewed the Forscan spreadsheet and didn’t see any changes related to oil settings, but I’m hoping someone with more experience can help identify the module and settings/values I should check. I can then compare them to the ones I have modified. Alternatively, if you can provide the correct Forscan settings, I’ll ensure they are set correctly. Does that make sense?

What’s strange is that the online manual states it should be under Settings → Convenience, but I can’t find it on mine. I’m not even sure if I have a Convenience menu, to be honest.

It is really strange. I have checked every single setting and even disconnected the battery for a while, but no luck. The frustrating thing is, I know it was there before because I’ve used it. I only noticed it was missing when I realized I was overdue for an oil change and wanted to check the life of the oil.
