2019 Ford E450 6.8L V10... hybrid or electric?

Hey all. Last week my best friend’s father passed away, and he left behind his 2019 Ford E450 6.8L V10, which I think might be a hybrid. Neither of us knows much about cars, but we need some help figuring a few things out:

  1. Is this a hybrid or an electric vehicle?
  2. The lights on the dashboard turn on, but the engine doesn’t start up.
  3. There’s a State of Charge gauge, and it’s showing completely empty.

Where do we even start with this?

I’m 99% sure they never made a hybrid version of the V10.

No, the Triton V10 was never a hybrid. Sounds like you might just need to charge the battery.

Thanks for the info, everyone! We’re going to take a look at it tomorrow and see what we can do. I should mention, it’s actually a bus and not just a regular van, in case that changes anything.
