I’ve always leveled my trucks—partly for the look, partly for better road feel with slightly bigger tires. It’s just my preference.

Let’s be real, half the F-150 owners here don’t go off-road anyway.
I just got the same rear shocks but accidentally mounted them upside down. Still, I noticed a big improvement in handling and ride quality.
