Anyone else getting the update yet?
If your truck is a '23 Lariat ER, this update has been sitting in FDRS for a while. Good to see it finally going out officially.

Why can’t we just pull updates manually? Why does car software always suck?

Ford plays it safe. I’d rather wait than have my truck break because of a bad update like Tesla sometimes does.
Do you need to get the front sensor recall done before this update? I still haven’t taken mine in yet.

Yeah, I had the CSP done on my front sensors last week.

Good to know. I heard that might be required before getting BC 1.4 over the air. I’ve got my appointment next week.

Just had my front sensor CSP done too. Now I’m waiting for the update… whenever Ford decides to send it. My truck is still at the dealer for a side curtain airbag issue, so I’m stuck with an ICE F-150 loaner. Not a fan…

Had mine done last week, but Ford still says I need it. How long does it take for their system to update?

Mine took about two weeks for the notification to disappear.

Weird, I don’t see any CSP notices in my FordPass app. Bought my '23 pretty late—could the dealer have done it before I got it?

Yeah, most likely. Some states require recalls and CSPs to be done before selling a vehicle. Also, not all Lightnings were affected by that issue.

Yep, the CSP is needed. That’s what gives you the BC 1.4 stack (better disengagements, etc.). The update OP got just adds lane change assist and other features.

I was hoping this was for '24 models too, but it’s not in FDRS for '24s yet. '22s and '23s have had it available for a while.
Oh, so it’s officially rolling out and not just for the early access folks?
