I am not sure what this part is called, but does anyone have a link to it and possibly a YouTube video on how to install it? I am hoping it’s an easy fix.

Unfortunately, the entire assembly needs to be replaced.
Replacement requires reprogramming the headlight control module.

The Chilton manual includes the replacement procedure under section 417-01. My local library offers full access to the Chilton manual for library cardholders. If it’s not available to you, I can print it to PDF and send it.
That part of the headlight is one solid piece, so you’ll likely have to replace the entire headlight. It’s going to be expensive.
@StevieJ You can’t even replace the headlight yourself? That’s ridiculous. Why would they design it that way?
Yeah, you can. Just keep in mind that parts have a cost, regardless of whether you install them yourself.
I just had to deal with a similar situation where my truck was in the shop for 20 days after an accident. On the last day, they had to take my truck to the Ford dealer to program the right rearview mirror. Just contact your insurance and let them know you were driving and a rock hit your headlights.
