That’s a typo, it’s my bad, this is a 2024, I wanted that one so I could get the automatic keypad, I had it on my Bronco previously and it was amazing. Got lucky and found this model on a dealer’s lot.

Since it’s a 2024 with the 502a technology package, the keypad came with the XLT, I think? This truck was a floor model, I didn’t order it.

Ford took away the keypad as a factory-installed option for 2025. One of many ways in the last couple of years Ford has cut corners. Now if you want the keypad it has to be installed by a dealer for $500.
How does the red paint hold up? My 2010 faded. I’ve seen some of the older F150s almost turned pink. I really want to get red for my next one. Just curious how it holds up these days.
I had a 2021 Bronco sport first edition as my previous car, with this exact same rapid red. After 100,000 miles, that car saw some serious off-roading and some major snow storms, and I can say happily that I barely even have a single chip in the paint. On this new F-150, I got the APP paint protection, which will make it even hardier, but Ford did a good job with the red paint, it certainly is hardy.
