I got a new 2023 Lariat without a moonroof, and it was cheaper than a 2024 Flash (Canada).
In the US, the moonroof comes with the Lariat 511A package.

The 510 package doesn’t include the moonroof, but the 511 does.
I went with the Lariat for the price. No regrets. My family loves the seats and sunroof. The 9.6kW Pro Power is super useful on our farm—we didn’t realize how much until we had it.

Flash has the 9.6kW Pro Power too. I have it on mine with max tow.
@Alston
It’s an option on both trims for 2024.
Go with the Lariat! But seriously, pick the one that meets your needs without overspending. Figure out what features you must have versus the ones you can live without. It’s better to pay a bit more and be happy with your truck than save money and regret your choice.
Honestly, I’d stick with the Raptor, but that’s just me. Mine broke down recently, so I’m a little biased.

I’d love to keep the Raptor, but $500+ in gas every month is getting too much now that I’m commuting more. Switching would also free up some money, so I could get my 911 T sooner.
