I have the same exact truck and engine (Oxford White) and paid $48k OTD.
Take it on a long test drive and make sure it’s not one of the bad 10R80 transmissions. Do a lot of on-and-off gas to force it to downshift quickly.

The 10R80 ‘bad’ issues hardly ever show up on a brand-new model.
Also, most of the 10R80 problems in newer trucks were fixed by August 2022.

That’s as far from the truth as it gets. Just search here for complaints about the 10R80 in 2024 models. Check my comment history.
My 2021 had the trans replaced with a 2024 model 10R80 at 29k miles, and this one is a total mess too. From day one.
