Check your Connected Services > Bluecruise. There should be a $0 “renewal” option to extend the trial for another 12 months.

Would’ve been nice to get more than 3 months on my '24. There’s no way I’m paying what they’re asking to extend it though.

Yeah, same here. Punishing me as an early adopter upgrade from a '21 MachE to a '24 Lightning :disappointed_relieved: my Mach-E would STILL have BlueCruise.

I wonder if this is a mistake, but I just extended my 3-year trial for an extra year! Having 4 years of free BlueCruise is awesome.

The fact that it says complimentary I don’t think it’s a mistake.

It seems like they want us to sign up for autopay for a yearly plan. Then, when the 12 months is up, they’ll automatically charge the yearly amount.

There’s an option to save the payment method. If you don’t check that, you should be good.

Mine wouldn’t let me finish without it checked. So I used a prepaid Visa gift card with no money on it.

Maybe, but it says $0.00. Usually subscriptions can’t change the price without telling you.

Awesome. Thank you! I really want to try the new BlueCruise, but they won’t send it to my truck yet. Haha. Maybe I’ll get a chance now since mine was expiring in June.

I wonder if this is why they’re doing it. Some early 2022 and 2023 owners are getting BlueCruise 1.4. They probably want to give people more time to use that version as it rolls out.

I have a 2022 with BlueCruise 1.0, and I wouldn’t pay for it. BlueCruise 1.4 is supposed to be a nice upgrade that might actually be worth it.

My ER Lariat is in the shop with a battery issue. The dealer gave me a '24 Mach-E GT with the updated BlueCruise 1.4, and it’s nice to be able to change lanes with the turn signal.
