Lariat 2014 4WD with 3.5 eb. The best car I have ever owned. tuned for 120k. Runs and drives almost flawlessly.
Wow, are you going to be my future self? With the same MPG, I’m about to reach 200k.
How do you guys keep up your mileage? Mine used to stay there, but it just lost mpg.
Common causes of declining mpg include weak coils, gasoline, filters, and spark plugs. can even be as basic as the gas you purchase; I’ve always found that TopTier stations provide superior performance and mileage.
I need new coils and plugs. Recently, I’ve observed a little misfire when under load. likely in need of a new air filter as well.
My 2011 5.0 V8 truck recently had its plugs changed for the first time in its 110k miles. I’m back to getting 18–20 mpg on the interstate.
Not gonna to be future anybody if people keep snapping shots of junk while speeding at least 60 mph.
It was a Sunday morning, 6:15 a.m. On a three-lane expressway, I was by myself. I mean, I kind of live on the edge. I want to try it once again at 250k. I realize I’m insane!
For significant mile markers, I’ve used the same procedure.
My 2013 has a little over 120 miles on it. I’m simply interested as to why you choose to tune it so late in life.
I wished it had a bit more power and put 35s on it. Since then, I’ve returned to the 33s while maintaining the increased power.
Perhaps I’ve simply learnt to battle with 35s and less strength at that point. It may soon be time to lean toward a song. I do get 13.1 mpg when sitting with a 4 inch raise and 35s.
How are the wheel ends on your vehicle? Are your IWE lines still operational or have you plugged them in?
The configuration is the same, however after connecting the wires, the voltage increased from 13.6 to 11.9. I’m hoping that the drag of a now-live front axle is the only cause of the mpg drop, and not something else.
