I’ve been wanting to do this since I got my '21. Lifting up the center seat for storage is a pain.

Yep. Got mine for $300 from a local junkyard, but you can find them on eBay for $400 and up.

Yeah, mine’s from 2017-2020, which are usually cheaper.

Yeah, you can swap a center console for a flip-up seat/console combo.

What about the shifter in the console? Wouldn’t that make it tricky?

Probably. I’ve seen someone swap a column shifter to another column setup, but it’s a lot of work.

Gotcha, thanks. My 2024 Colorado’s seats are uncomfortable, and I’m not sure if they’re too small or just need breaking in. My only other truck was an '87 F-150 with a bench seat.
