I updated my FordPass app recently, and around the same time, I started using iPhone shortcuts to control the climate and lock/unlock my truck. Now I’m having issues with it. Is anyone else experiencing problems with the new app version, or is it the shortcuts causing these issues?
I can’t see things like live charge percentage, charging status, or location anymore. I also haven’t been able to set a charge limit from my phone in months. I’m calling FordPass support tomorrow to see if they can help.
Have you tried removing and reconnecting your devices/accounts to the truck? That fixed my issues when I had them.

I haven’t done that yet, but I plan to try it in the morning.
I had a similar issue with the last app version where I couldn’t see the charge ETA. I upgraded to 5.12.0, and that seems to have fixed it. Although, the app was crashing on startup yesterday, so I rebooted my phone, and it’s been fine since. Might be a rough release from Ford.
Same issues here, but I’m not using shortcuts.
Mine keeps turning the departure times on even though I toggle it off every time. I’m going to try deleting and re-adding it to see if that helps.
