Has anyone else had this issue recently? It’s only been the last couple of days, but the weather has been bad, so it’s annoying.
I haven’t fully charged it during that time; could that be the reason?
Try locking the vehicle first, then start the climate controls.

This works every time for me.
I had some issues yesterday; seems fine today.
Last time this happened, I turned Bluetooth on and unlocked the truck through the app, then it worked.

I have this intermittently. Also haven’t had an update since September, just saying.
I have this issue when my 12v system is low.
This happened to me when I replaced my phone. The app connected to the truck but wouldn’t remote start. I had to pair my new phone with the truck to fix it.
Haha, I just realized I probably have this feature and have never used it 
It fails 100% of the time for me too. I’m a 2-month old owner. It worked the first week or two, but now it always fails to send the remote command. My Tesla is flawless. I’m not sure how or why Ford can release fraudulent features. Lousy testing team.

Hey, I’m sorry to hear about your experience. I got it to work, see my other post about things you should try and some of the other posts. I’ve owned it for a year and never had this issue before. I am extremely happy with my truck.

I wanted to provide an update. I got it to work, so THANK YOU for the input!!!
I did two things:

I went into settings and turned Bluetooth on. I’m not sure how, but the setting was off on the truck. So, I guess that was part of it.

I finally had the chance to charge it up to 90% overnight, so the 12v had plenty of time to recharge.
For those of you experiencing this issue, I would try those. Living in the Midwest, where it’s cold, this is a real game changer for me.
