Went to check out a job site today, and this guy had a Raptor R just sitting out front. First one I’ve actually seen in person!

I had to triple-check that this was actually a Raptor R. For something that costs over $100k, it doesn’t stand out much.

Ford released a truck with a ‘Baja package,’ and people assumed it could handle real Baja courses. Turns out, it couldn’t—the trucks ended up wrecked. The owners sued Ford for false advertising and won. Ever since, Ford has toned down how much they hype up special models.
I see Raptor R’s pretty regularly now. Kinda crazy how common they’re getting.
