@Reagan
Got it, thanks! I got my truck in November and charge at home. I haven’t taken any road trips yet. I tried Electricfy America once just to check everything. I plan to try the Tesla network this week for a test run. I’ve heard that you need the Tesla app not just for membership, but to be able to use it at all. It seems like Ford has updated their app lately.

You can only use V3/V4 superchargers. You also need the Tesla app to charge.
Thanks for the info!

You can use plug and charge at superchargers without needing the Tesla app.
Yeah, I got mine too and it’s super straightforward.
The charger fits perfectly in the driver’s door. Seriously, where else would you need the adapter to be if not in your vehicle?

That’s where I keep mine when traveling. My fear is accidentally leaving it at the supercharger after I charge.
How do you get the adapter out? I managed to do it once, but I usually have to use my own adapter.

I don’t really get what you’re asking.

When you activate the nozzle, you should hear a click, then push up towards the nozzle to release it. That worked for me, but this was only the first time I used the magic dock. I think this is only one of five magic dock stations in the state, but I’ve heard that level 4 also has adapters, though I’ve never managed to get the adapter off on those. There’s a level 4 station down the street from me, and I’ve attempted a few times just to practice—and I think I’ve finally figured it out for level 4, haha.
This cable looks stretched out to me. I parked closer to the right side and I can’t see how yours reached over.

I didn’t have any issues. I reached it without a problem.
I use TeslaTap SuperTap. I’ve never had a problem with it, but it is kind of pricey.
I always keep my adapter in my little mini glove box. Never had any issues! Yes, I really love those superchargers. They are so reliable!

Doesn’t that slide around a lot? I’ve got mine stored in the driver side door compartment, and it only has a little room to slide, which only happens if I accelerate or brake hard.
