Why is the F150 such a popular choice?

The GMC Sierra 1500 and Chevy Silverado 1500 are basically the same truck. Combined, they sell more than the F150.

Compared to Toyota and Nissan, there are more Ford dealers in rural areas, and parts are easier to find. Ford’s big fleet contracts also boost sales. Plus, Ford’s been making trucks for so long that a lot of people grew up with them. It’s a trusted brand.

I bought a 2024 Lariat

I was set on an XLT, but my wife saw the Lariat and said that was the only one we could get. The tech, especially for towing, is amazing. Trailer assist made backing up so much easier.

The UI is way better than GMC’s. Plus, Ford offers different engines to fit different needs. I went with the 2.7L EcoBoost for the balance of fuel economy and towing. Ford just knows how to make trucks.

@Rafe
Same here. I was going to get the XLT until I saw the Lariat was only $3,500 more.

@Rafe
I wanted that Lariat too, but it was nearly 100k Canadian.
