2023 AC problems

I picked up my truck last Thursday and took it on a 600-mile round trip the next day. About an hour into the trip, the AC stopped blowing. I could hear the blower motor running, but no air was coming out of the vents. I turned the AC off, and after 5-10 minutes, it worked again for about 2-3 minutes. The next day at my cabin, the AC worked perfectly all week. However, on the way home today, about two hours into the trip, the AC stopped again. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I called the dealer, but they haven’t heard of it before, and I didn’t want to leave my truck with them for a two-hour test drive. It’s a 2023 5.0 and has just rolled over to 610 miles.

This feels like déjà vu, I had the exact same issue with my brand-new 2023 Powerboost when it had just 100 miles on it. I’m reading through the thread now and I’m not impressed.

Have you tried using the heat, defrost, or vent options instead?

We have had our 2023 Lariat for less than a month, and the AC lines have frozen up three times already.

It’s been to the shop once, but they could not replicate the problem, so we are stuck. We’re now waiting for the issue to occur while the service department is open so we can demonstrate the problem.

It’s incredibly frustrating!

I am experiencing the same problem; the dealer mentioned it’s a known issue with the condenser freezing up. I have fewer than 150 miles on it.
