$2000+, I thought about purchasing one, but then I realized I could acquire a lot of other stuff for that kind of money. include the soft roll-up cover from Gator, which costs $280 and keeps everything dry.
I have everything I need to make my bed when I need it, including some sturdy boxes below the cover that can be affixed to the bed if necessary. Everything is dry.
Indeed, $2k is a lot for such a small gain. Other than baggage and the occasional bulky thing, I can’t image transporting much. Still, I appreciate the suggestion!
I didn’t purchase it, oh no. In the end, I chose the Gator Soft Roll-Up. I was unable to bring myself to purchase the Diamondback.
The diamondback ones have a nice feel and appearance. However, they are expensive.
I’m not obsessed with mine. looks fantastic and is quite safe. However, removing it when you have a heavy load is an enormous pain in the ass.
I love mine. I don’t tend to haul enough where I need to take it off though but I understand your situation
